Short animated films can be submitted to the festival from 15 April to 20 June 2026.
Eligible films must have been completed between 2020 and 2025.
We look forward to your films.

All submitted films must be suitable for a young audience (ages 3–16)

All selected films must be available for the festival from 3–10 September 2026

All non-Estonian films must have English subtitles.

Submission is free of charge

Films are eligible for the competition programme if they have not been broadcast on Estonian television programs and have not been released in Estonian cinemas
Films selected for the educational programme – must not be widely known to Estonian audiences.

No screening fee is paid for selected films.

Travel costs are not covered but all filmmakers have access to every festival screenings and related programmes.

Screening formats:
DCP and high-quality digital file (H264 / MP4)
One version without subtitles and one version with English subtitles

Delivery materials
All selected films must provide
Synopsis in English, 1–3 high-quality still images (JPEG, 300 dpi)
English subtitles as a separate .srt file with correct timecodes,
Trailer (MP4), optional.
